High Voltage Dry Electronic Testing

Our High Voltage Dry Electronic Testing Machine helps us check the quality and safety of our condoms. This machine supports fast and reliable testing for high-volume production.

Each electronic testing machine has two independent testing stations. Each station can test more than 16,000 pieces per day based on an 8-hour operation. As a result, one machine can support strong daily testing capacity.

Our facility has 12 electronic testing machines with 24 independent testing stations in total. In addition, our trained operators manage the testing process carefully to maintain smooth and accurate operation.

With a 24-hour operation, our electronic testing machines can test more than 1,000,000 pieces per day. Because of this, we can support large production volumes while maintaining strict quality checks.
